Intrada announces the upcoming release of Basil Poledouris' score to Switchback, the first in a new series of special collector releases.
The 1997 film Switchback stars Danny Glover and Dennis Quaid. Directed by Jeb Stuart, screenwriter of Die Hard and The Fugitive, Switchback is an outdoor chase thriller about an FBI agent in pursuit of a serial killer who's kidnapped the agent's son.
Basil Poledouris is no stranger to composing music for expansive outdoor pictures.
His work for the Conan series, Red Dawn, and Under Seige 2 are forerunners to this large, exciting orchestral work recorded with the Seattle Symphony.
This release is another spectacular entry in the Poledouris library.
